All Sales Are Final

By completing any transaction with DOT Filing & Registrations, the Client expressly acknowledges, understands, and agrees that all sales are final. The Company does not provide refunds, exchanges, cancellations, charge reversals, or credits of any kind once a purchase has been completed, processed, or otherwise authorized.

The Client further agrees that upon completion of a transaction, they shall not, under any circumstance, initiate, authorize, or pursue a payment dispute, reversal, chargeback, or any other action with their financial institution, credit card company, or payment processor. Any attempt to dispute charges after purchase shall be deemed a material breach of this agreement and may subject the Client to legal action, collection proceedings, and recovery of all costs, fees, and damages incurred by DOT Filing & Registrations in enforcing this Policy.

The Client’s act of initiating, authorizing, or otherwise remitting payment constitutes the Client’s full and irrevocable acceptance of the Company’s terms, conditions, policies, and disclaimers. Said acceptance shall be deemed a legally binding acknowledgment that the Client has read, understood, and voluntarily consented to all provisions set forth herein, regardless of whether such terms were actually reviewed in detail by the Client prior to payment.

It is solely the Client’s responsibility to review, understand, and be familiar with this Return & Sales Policy before completing any transaction. The Company shall bear no liability whatsoever for a Client’s failure, negligence, or omission to read these terms prior to purchase.

The Company’s failure to enforce any portion of this Policy shall not be construed as a waiver of its rights. Any deviation granted by the Company in one instance shall not constitute a precedent nor an entitlement in any subsequent instance.

The Client hereby waives any right to seek damages, restitution, charge reversals, payment disputes, or equitable relief against DOT Filing & Registrations in relation to any completed transaction, including but not limited to claims arising from alleged misinterpretations, misunderstandings, or lack of awareness of this Policy.

This Return & Sales Policy, together with any other applicable terms and conditions referenced herein, constitutes the entire agreement between the Client and DOT Filing & Registrations regarding the finality of sales. No verbal statements, representations, or implied agreements shall modify, supersede, or replace the provisions of this Policy.

By completing the transaction, the Client affirms that they have had the opportunity to review this Policy, seek clarification if necessary, and willingly accept its binding effect.
